The biggest difference between financially wealthy and poor people is mindset. Change your mindset, and your bank account will follow. Here's a glimpse of my meal at one of the city's most popular and celebrated restaurants @thetable_colaba . . This is of course just a tiny dent in their menu but it's always a lovely experience. While the whole meal was great if I had to pick my top favs it would be the tuna mille fuelli and the beef tartare 😍 . . Have you been to The Table recently and tried their new menu ? this GRAVY is what you should be bringing to THE TABLE this Christmas 🍽️ Gravy is the centrepiece of the meal, if you have crap gravy, you’ll have a crap Christmas. So let’s make sure you don’t. - 3 shallots (or 2 white onions) - 3 carrots - 6 sprigs of rosemary - 6 sprigs of thyme - 6 sage leaves - 1 heaped tbsp cranberry sauce - 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp plain flour - 1 tbsp red miso paste - 1 tbsp Marmite (hello @marmite) - 1.5-2L veggie stock - Reduce and simmer for 1 hour, cool and store in the fridge until the big day full written recipe on my website✍🏻 lemme know what dish you want dropped next. #thetable #gravy #christmasfood
