I would confidently say you won’t find one. 2 of everyone’s favorite foods combined into one delicious recipe. Recipe: Ingredients • 2 tbsp beef tallow • 2 tbsp all purpose flour • 1 can evaporated milk • 2 cups whole milk • 1 tbsp Poggiolieats Cajun seasoning • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp hot sauce • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded • 8 oz Gouda cheese, shredded • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded • Extra shredded cheddar, for topping • Paprika, for topping • Fried chicken, cooked and chopped • Poggiolieats hot honey • Poggiolieats ranch Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a pot over medium heat, melt the beef tallow, then whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until smooth. 2. Slowly whisk in the evaporated milk and whole milk. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened, then whisk in Poggiolieats Cajun seasoning, Dijon, and hot sauce. 3. Turn off the heat and stir in about three quarters of the cheddar, Gouda, pepper jack, and mozzarella until melted and creamy. 4. Pour the mac and cheese into a cast iron or baking dish.
