Spam egg blanket toast that you must eat when you go to Seoul!!! 서울에 가면 꼭 먹어야 하는 스팸 계란 담요 토스트!!!
Garlic-Confit Parmesan Avocado Egg Toast 🍞 🍳 🧄 🧀 🥑 1. Toast your bread until golden and crisp. 2. Spread mashed garlic confit over the toast. 3. Add lots of freshly grated Parmesan. 4. Mash ½ an avocado and spread it over the Parmesan. 5. Season the avocado with salt and pepper. 6. Top with a sunny-side-up egg. 7. Finish with a little salt over the egg. Take two handfuls of garlic cloves and completely submerge them in extra-virgin olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and a sprig of rosemary. Place in a mini cocotte, cover with the lid, and bake at 180°C for 15–17 minutes. Check with a toothpick when the garlic is slightly golden, soft and jammy, and the toothpick passes through effortlessly, it’s ready to go. ❤️
