The food at @kenwardcafe is freshly prepared and a reasonable price, with stunning views of the Kent countryside. Outside there’s a kids play area and pond (surrounded by a fence) where you can feed the ducks. After lunch we fed the alpacas and then tried goat walking! Advanced is pointless… if you’re not ready…. Take this movement sequence, it’s a dynamic movement that requires strength as well as control. In foundation classes you learn how to control the reformer, you work heavily on building strength and perfecting your form. Without these foundations moving onto advanced movement is pointless. Moving too fast, not engaging the correct muscles or being able to control the whole sequence will mean you won’t build strength you’ll just gain injuries. A little real I put together of my amazing morning with @brooksrunninguk People of Parkrun series overview: a new social series launched by Brooks which will focus on the community aspect of @parkrunuk and explore peoples parkrun journeys from all different backgrounds and will be focused on storytelling and community.
