🚨 TALENTS — READ THIS 🚨
If an agency is asking you to pay THOUSANDS of dollars for photoshoots, training, or “packages”… that is a 🚩 RED FLAG.
Real agencies invest in talent they believe in.
If an agency truly sees potential in you, they should be covering the cost of your development — not profiting off your dreams before you’ve even booked your first job. An admin fee is charged yearly, plus commission.
Let’s be clear:
❌ You should NOT be paying thousands for photos
❌ You should NOT be forced into expensive “mandatory” training
❌ You should NOT be working unpaid fashion shows that bring you zero value
Your time, your image, and your effort have VALUE.
This industry already requires patience, dedication, and hard work — it should NOT require you to go into debt just to get started.
We need to stop normalizing this.
Talents deserve transparency.
Talents deserve respect.
Talents deserve REAL opportunities.
If you’ve experienced this — speak up. If you’re new — be careful who you trust.
Let’s protect the next generation of talent. 💯
