TAR SOLO 2024💥⛰️🏃‍♀️| *Anzeige| TRANSALPINE RUN 2024, 7 Etappen, 4 Länder, 271 km, 17.040 Höhenmeter! I AM IN🥹 und ich kann es noch gar nicht glauben! Ich werde mir mit dem @transalpine_run (TAR) einen Traum erfüllen und in sieben Tagen die Alpen überqueren, nicht als Team, sondern alleine! Ich habe die letzten 2 Jahre sehr hart daran gearbeitet mir irgendwann meinen Traum erfüllen zu können. Während das erste Jahr schon recht gut lief, aber das Erlebnis, Ausprobieren und "Ankommen" noch im Vordergrund stand, habe ich im zweiten Jahr mit einem professionellen Training gemerkt, wie gut ich als Flachlandtiroler doch mithalten kann. Alleine in diesem Jahr waren es mehr als 60.000 Höhenmeter, die ich bei Ultratrails (mit bis zu 100 km), im Training auf Trails und auf dem Laufband sammelte. Ich habe viele gute wie auch schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, die mich stärker werden ließen. Ich war viele Stunden alleine unterwegs, bin durch Höhen und Tiefen gegangen. Und egal wie schwer der Weg war, ich habe es immer ins Ziel geschafft! Ich habe gelernt mich und meinen Körper zu steuern, mit schwierigen Situationen umzugehen, die Herausforderung zwischen Alltag, Familie, Beruf und Training zu meistern. Wenn nicht jetzt wann dann? Ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich das Pensum noch halten kann. Ich habe die Berge nicht vor der Tür. Jedes Mal aufs Neue ist es ein harter Weg, den ich auf mich nehmen muss, aber ich weiß, dass ich das schaffen werde! Mir ist bewusst, dass dies auch mental ein harter Wettkampf wird, jeden Tag auf's Neue an der Startlinie zu stehen, 7 Tage in Folge viele Kilometer und steile Höhenmeter alleine zu rocken! Aber ich will und ich kann! Welcome to #TeamFALKE, @running_ida ✊🏽 Born in Duderstadt in Germany in 1997, Ida spent her weekends racing the 5km state championships and training at the Olympic base in Hanover. She soon moved from track to trail. Ida puts her name to many firsts. Alongside winning all the major Alpine races, including the Transalpine Run and the Mont Blanc Marathon, she’s the first woman to finish the Stubai High Trail in under 24 hours, completing in 19 hours, 16 minutes, 11 seconds. In a year of big highs, Ida won the Mont Blanc Marathon U23 in 2019. She also finished first place across all eight gruelling stages of the Transalpine Run. 8 days | 8 stages | 8 wins 🥇🥳 @transalpine_run 2022 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽 I think these pictures speak louder than words. When @sebastian_run called me the day before the Transalpine Run to run with him in a mixed team, I was overjoyed, excited and nervous at the same time. I started the last two transalpine runs in a women’s team, we won every stage and took the overall victory. Great memories - but at the same time, these also mean expectations and pressure. It was clear to me that Sebastian and I would take on the role of favourites. I wasn’t prepared for the Transalpine Run, I didn’t taper and we didn’t train or run together once before. The tension was there, but the joy prevailed. We won the first stage by more than 30 minutes and day by day I became more aware that a third win in a row is possible. Winning every stage again was a wish, but I also knew that a lot can happen in a long stage race. Pain, problems, fears and tears are just as much a part of it as happiness and insecurity. Sebastian was always by my side throughout these eight days, motivating me, distracting me, encouraging me, praising me and encouraging me - no matter how good or bad things went. He was the best running partner I could asked for! The whole @planb_event_company team, Uta, Heini, @running.sandra, @vwr (& many more) supported me wherever they could. Yesterday at the finish line of the 8th stage in South Tyrol, nearly 1000 kg fell from my heart. The emotions, friends, my family, who surprised me at the finish line, everyone who cheered for me - I’m so happy that tears come to my eyes again by writing these words. Thank you! ❤️ I would like to especially thank my sponsor @thenorthface and my better half @johannesue, without whom I would hardly have been able to cope with the disappointment after the CCC.
