Thailand completely exceeded our expectations… but there are definitely a few things I wish someone had told me before we went. 🇹🇭 The biggest surprise? The heat and humidity are far more intense than we expected. It got so bad that my husband actually had to see a doctor and needed an IV for heat exhaustion, so don’t underestimate it. Another lesson? Don’t book a hotel based on ratings alone. We found one that was incredibly cheap and had amazing reviews, but it was so awful that we checked out after just one night.
