Had a full spread at @siempre.jb and not a single miss. Started with the oysters—shigoku, dressed with mango salsa and champagne vinaigrette, super refreshing 😋 Hokkaido scallops were bright and spicy-sweet with serrano and aji amarillo. The scallop rajas dish came with a creamy sauce, roasted corn, and crispy leeks—SO good. Street corn was grilled, slathered in chipotle mayo and cotija, and had the perfect hit of lime 🥰 The carne asada came sizzling on a hot stone, juicy and flavorful with grilled veggies and chimichurri. And we finished with the enchilada trio—each one different and delicious 😋 Great spot for a casual dinner that still feels special 🥰.
