✨ This past Sunday was such a special day for our family at @weareunioncharlotte as we dedicated Karsyn, the last of my children to be dedicated. 🙏🏽 My heart is full knowing each of my kids has now been lifted up before God and our church family. “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” – Proverbs 22:6 ✨ Forever grateful for this covering, this church, and this moment. ❤️ #UnionChurch #ChildDedication #Blessed #myonlyson💙

So today I called an audible and took the staff to the new Shake Shack that just opened by our office space. With Easter coming up we’ll be working long hours and obsessing over every detail of our church over the next couple of weeks. I decided before the grind begins let’s just laugh, eat some fatty food and never forget to enjoy this journey. We laughed about everything. Invited a bunch of people to Easter at Union and met a pretty great staff at the new Shake Shack that opened yesterday. I saw a few things we can add to our Guest Experience for Easter Weekend lol. Any way I love our staff. We work hard. It was fun to just hang out for a little bit. Easter we’re on our way!!! #shakeshack #Unionchurch #CLT #MintHill #huntersvillenc

How it started… 🎤 Learning that less really can be more. I don’t have to do everything in every moment. Simplicity helps me pace myself, stay grounded, and not get flustered trying to force something to happen. Now, I do find my pockets 😌, but creating an experience the congregation can actually grab onto and participate in is my first priority. 🎹 @julianwwilson 🥁 @timellis.2 🎸 @daniel_grimsley #unionchurch #injesusname #worship
