Going back as far as 2012 when we had our first classic T4, then a couple of T5's and more recently higher specification T6 & T6.1 variants. We had some seriously poor and bad luck with our last T6.1 from a camper build company in the north of England. We decided after that experience and quite frankly appalling service from the team and even the owner up there, we would never buy from them again. We came across Van Haven back in 2020 when we first started our conversation around a custom build as they specialise in more bespoke builds, rather than an 'off the shelf' bundled package. Conversations quickly moved away from a T6 and into a larger unit based on the Crafter LWB 4Motion which wasn't something Van Haven particularly specialised in, but a new unit became available, and we decided this could be a great build for us. Therefore, together we embarked on an exciting journey together to build us a bespoke camper that could tick multiple boxes. We hope you enjoy this video, the build and our channel.
