If the only solution someone gives you when you’re unwell is “Just eat meat” …
That’s not medicine.That’s ignorance.
Way too many vegans avoid seeking help because they’re bracing for judgement instead of support.
And meanwhile?
They stay bloated.Exhausted.Low in iron.Foggy.Flat.
Not because veganism is the problem. But because no one has actually investigated properly.
You deserve evidence-based answers. You deserve proper pathology. You deserve gut testing. You deserve personalised guidance.
Not opinions. Not eye rolls. Not outdated myths.
Being vegan isn’t reckless.Guessing with your health is.
If you’re not feeling right, the answer isn’t abandoning your values. It’s getting the right data and the right strategy.
And yes — that exists.

Nobody told me how sick I would get after being vegan for five years.
And I wasn’t doing it the junk food vegan way either. I was eating organic, whole foods, tons of greens, all of it. I really believed I was doing the healthiest thing possible for my body.
But over time my health just kept declining.
I remember my husband looking at me one day and saying,
“Tabitha, when you were doing paleo and Whole30 you were so healthy… I’ve watched you slowly decline over the years being plant-based.”
And honestly he was right.
The crazy thing is I always craved meat, but I ignored it for years.
Eventually I started slowly adding things back in. First bone broth, then more nutrient-dense foods, and I started realizing grains were incredibly inflammatory for me even though I was eating the “healthy” ones.
And it really hit me that what works for one person doesn’t always work for another, and sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is humble yourself, listen to your body, and be willing to change your mind even if you once shouted something different from the rooftops.
1️⃣Learn where to get your nutrients.
I’m mindful of:
💚protein (so easy to cover with REAL protein sources)
💚omega 3 (I just supplement algae oil)
💚b12 (in fortified foods, I supplement)
💚iron (so easy to cover with enough protein foods)
💚calcium (high in fortified milks/cheeses, leafy greens)
💚vitamin d (sun/supplement)
💚vitamin a (carrots, squash, mangos… for skin & eye health)
💚fiber (EASY AF bc there’s fiber in basically all plant based foods)
Meeting these needs is so easy on a varied, balanced diet; don’t be worried! I’m a health nut so I tend to be very mindful 🙈
2️⃣Make nutritious recipes you enjoy
Instagram is great for recipe vids! My meals are always tasty and balanced. Enough carbs, protein, fat.
3️⃣Eat enough good food every day
Consistency is key for a high metabolism and consistent energy⚡️
4️⃣Do fun vegan shiz. Make vegan friends, visit vegan restaurants, visit sanctuaries, visit farms, watch vegan documentaries…💚
Here to support you🫶
Women eat 1800 kcal per day and day to me I binge. I say : let’s check in my coaching program. After a few days I know everything. Women UNDEREAT.
I had 13 years without meat… still waiting for my deficiencies.
I was told I’d be weak. That I’d lose muscle. That I’d end up sick, deficient, or worse.
13 years later… I’m still here, thriving, feeling better than ever.
No deficiencies, no issues—just energy, health, and strength.
No Hashimoto, Psoriasis, Acne & RLS instead 2 healthy kids and stable weight.
The idea that you need meat to be healthy is one of the biggest myths out there. The truth? A well-planned plant-based diet is the healthiest way to fuel your body.
It supports your digestion, hormones, energy, and longevity. You are not going to die without meat—quite the opposite.
If you’re ready to feel your best on a plant-based diet but don’t know where to start, I put together a vegan meal plan to make it simple.
Drop “PLAN” in the comments, and I’ll send it to you! 🌱✨

This might be unpopular in vegan circles, but I’m going to say it anyway..
If you’re advocating for a plant-based lifestyle, your body should reflect it.
Not six-pack abs, but health, energy, and vitality.
Because like it or not, people judge what they see.
If someone hears you talk about how powerful a vegan lifestyle is, but what they see is low energy, excess weight, or someone who clearly doesn’t look healthy…the message gets lost.
And that’s a problem.
For years the vegan movement has relied on arguments and documentaries to convince people.
But the most powerful argument isn’t a debate, it’s visual proof.
When someone sees a strong, energetic, confident vegan, something shifts in their mind.
They stop asking “is this diet healthy?”..and start asking “how are you doing that?”
That’s why I believe vegans should be a walking advertisement for health.
It’s one of the most powerful ways to inspire change.
And if you’re over 40 and feel like you’ve been struggling to get there, I can help.
Comment COURSE and I’ll send you my free vegan weight loss course that’s already helped 3,000+ vegans lose 15–25 lbs and finally feel proud of what they see in the mirror.
Can’t believe I didn’t eat meat for 10 years and now I could eat steak for breakfast lunch and dinner 😋
I bought into all the veganism hype for so long and all the social media stuff on it that I completely disregarded my own body and survived on lettuce chickpeas and rice for about 10 years 😭 😭😭
This isn’t a dig at veganism or whatever diet you choose
It’s a reminder that it doesn’t matter what’s trending or what some internet guru tells you - only YOU know what food is best for your body
I always like to remind myself that there’s literally 8.2 billion people on this planet - of course there’s not a one size fits all diet approach!!
Tune out of the noise and pay attention to what your body actually needs - she will speak to you very clearly if you give her the time and space 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩

Living with Nonvegans as a Vegan can be HARD AF or EASY AF - all depends on your mindset & planning
If you try to understand peoples’ perspectives and allow them to do their own thing while you do your own thing, it’s fine
If you have your own meals, food space, cooking space, it’s even better
AND if you cook your own meals & have your own foods at all times, no worries about eating what they’re eating.
💚😊
Going vegan changes more than what’s on your plate.
It changes how you:
• cook
• shop
• build meals
• navigate social situations
• handle family dinners when not everyone’s on board
That’s a behaviour change, not a diet reset.
But most people approach plant-based like a short-term challenge.
New groceries.
New meal plan.
Total overhaul.
Of course it collapses.
Not because you don’t care.
Because no one showed you the structure that makes it sustainable.
Turns out veganism isn’t the problem.
The strategy usually is.
Plant Curious Foundations gives you the framework to make plant-based actually stick.
We start 23rd March.
Comment CURIOUS if you’d like more info.

Proud to be vegan, not just eat like one 🤍
There are so many amazing reasons to go plant-based 🌱
But for those of us who are vegan as a belief, as part of who we are - it’s about way more than what’s on our plate.
It’s about respecting animals enough to want them in sanctuaries, not factory farms 🐾
It’s swapping out your old favourite products because you’re committed to cruelty-free.
It’s checking labels, learning as you go, and doing your best to align your lifestyle with your values.
It’s not about being perfect, but it is about being intentional.
Being vegan isn’t a personality trait. It’s not a diet. It’s an ethical stance.
Plants aren’t the problem. Your lack of calories, protein, and basic planning is.
Do it for the animals, do it properly.
Go vegan. Eat well. Be strong. Kick ass. Crush stereotypes.💪🏻🌱
