Because their work & life experience prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant is factored in - it doesn’t disappear. Your services are based off of skills you already have. Things you already know how to do. And you know how to do them well from years of repetition, whether that’s at home, work, or a combo of the two. ^^^ That experience matters! Obviously we are going to make sure the rates are in line with the level of services being offered, as well… but I share this to show you (& maybe reduce some anxiety around how much you could really charge) that becoming a VA doesn’t mean starting over at square 1 & making minimum wage…. Not even close!
