Once a 1700s timber framed house, now an infamous waffle restaurant in Waco, TX. There is something for everyone here- sweet waffles, savory waffles, salads, & bagel sandwiches. Started in Waco in 1998 by the Garcia family, for almost 30 years they have been providing Central Texas with a little taste of Mexico. All their ice cream is still made by hand, in small batches, and with the same tried and true recipes. Go check them out at one of their three Waco locations and get a taste of one of our favorites and one of Waco’s best local businesses!

I’d like to share some Texas BBQ spots I’ve visited so far: 📍Goode Company BBQ 📍Pappas Bar-B-Q 📍Terry’s BBQ (in Waco) 📍Pinkerton’s Barbecue They’re all delicious, family-friendly, and highly recommended!✨ Texas BBQ classics include brisket (tender, smoky beef), ribs (rich and juicy), sausage (crispy and flavorful), smoked turkey (lean and light), and pulled pork (soft and slightly sweet). I usually don’t put the sauce as it’s too sweet 😂 But my son loves everything!
