This one was fun to try.
A glute bridge on a yogawheel extending the leg up and over. For wheel pose Wednesday. ⭕️
Love to experiment in poses with my wheel. Sometimes I stay steady and sometimes I tumble over and that’s alright. Yoga is a practice an doesn’t have to be perfect as long as you learn, have fun on the way and listen to what your body has to say to you and don’t forget to breathe on the way.
