Clear Whey Isolate de Prozis: refrescante, ligera y perfecta para el día a día o después del entreno. Hay muchísimos sabores disponibles, pero en esta ocasión yo me he quedado con estos tres: piña, manzana verde y mango/melocotón . Sur le papier, la formule est propre : une whey isolate native, sans arômes, sans édulcorants, sans gommes, sans sucre ajouté. Donc oui, clairement : c’est mieux formulé que beaucoup de protéines du marché. Mais il faut calmer un peu le storytelling. La filtration à froid C’est un bon point, mais ce n’est pas une révolution. Beaucoup de marques de whey qualitatives, notamment en France, utilisent déjà des procédés de microfiltration ou ultrafiltration à froid. Donc oui c’est bien, mais non ce n’est pas un avantage unique. Les métaux lourds La marque indique des tests par laboratoire tiers. Très bien. Mais sans certificat d’analyse disponible, avec résultats détaillés lot par lot, difficile de vérifier réellement les teneurs en métaux lourds ou microplastiques. Le lait de pâturage C’est un argument sympa pour la traçabilité et l’image qualité. Mais sur une whey isolate, l’intérêt nutritionnel est beaucoup plus limité : la filtration retire l’essentiel du gras et du lactose. Donc l’effet “lait de pâturage” est bien moins pertinent que sur un produit laitier entier. L’intérêt réel Ajouter 20 g de protéines peut aider pour la satiété, la récupération, le maintien de la masse musculaire ou la réponse glycémique. Mais l’effet vient surtout des protéines, pas d’un secret Glucose Goddess. Le vrai sujet : le prix Bonne composition, oui. Produit révolutionnaire, non. Si tu cherches une whey neutre, clean et pratique dans le café : pourquoi pas. Si tu veux juste augmenter tes protéines : il existe des alternatives beaucoup moins chères. Verdict TOP sur la formulation. Mitigé sur le rapport intérêt / prix. Et très marketing sur certains arguments.
