How to overcome spiritual struggles, temptations, and negative influences that feel like they are targeting you.
Overcoming these battles begins with strengthening your inner life.
Stay consistent in prayer, not just in crisis moments but as a daily discipline.
Prayer builds spiritual sensitivity and helps you stay anchored when pressure comes.
Feed your mind with Scripture regularly.
The Word of God renews your thoughts and helps you recognize and resist negative patterns, fear, and temptation.
What you consistently listen to and meditate on shapes your mindset and responses.
Also, guard your environment.
Be intentional about the influences you allow—relationships, media, and conversations
Not everything deserves access to your mind and spirit.
Finally, practice obedience and discipline.
Many spiritual struggles weaken when a person chooses consistency, forgiveness, humility, and self-control over reaction and impulse.
You are strengthened over time, not overnight, through steady spiritual habits and dependence on God.

There’s something unique about the Word of God.
Researchers had people read different types of books. History. Engineering. The Quran. The Bible. When they studied what was happening in the brain, only one book consistently changed the synapse connections.
The Bible.
This is why believers throughout history have said the Word of God is alive. It doesn’t just give information. The Holy Spirit uses it to transform us.
I’ve been a Christian for 47 years, and I still open my Bible and find the Spirit of God revealing things that stop me in my tracks. Just recently I was reading Hebrews 2 and could barely move on because of what the Lord was showing me.
This is what happens when we approach Scripture with hunger and humility. The Word of God shapes us, renews us, and prepares us for the life He’s called us to live.

Psalms 91:1-4 NKJV
¹ "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. ² I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
³ Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. ⁴ He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Praise God, Type "Amen"🙏🏻🤍🕊
Make sure to like and share, we have to stand together to spread the Word, just as God said; Mark 16:15 "And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone."
It's our duty to evangelize by sharing the Word of God to others. By sharing, liking, and following so that together we can bring many souls on the path of eternal life. Amen God bless you! Follow for more 🤍

Jesus transforms into a poor old man and enters a bakery to ask for bread and look what happens...
Jesus transformed into a hungry old man and asked for five pesos bread in a bakery. The owner humiliated him and pushed him away. A tattooed young man rescued him, took him home and delivered his own food. Instantly the old man was transformed into Jesus and said, "Son, today I bless you for feeding the hungry." After touching his head, the young man's clothes turned into a white suit. Shortly after, the bakery was closed due to lack of hygiene, because its owner was sick to others, demonstrating that God exalts the humble and judges the arrogant.
The Word of God:
"For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbleth himself will be exalted."
Matthew 23:12
Message of Faith:
Your generosity towards the underprivileged is a seed that God waters with everlasting blessing. While selfishness destroys what man builds, mercy dresses the gala soul. Be confident that no act of love goes unrewarded before the heavenly throne.

The story of Saint Anthony of Padua and the Child Jesus is one of the most beautiful and beloved miracles in Christian tradition. It is said that while Saint Anthony was staying in a quiet room, deeply reading the Holy Bible, a divine light suddenly filled the space. In that sacred moment, the Infant Jesus appeared before him—radiant, joyful, and full of love.
The Child Jesus came close to Saint Anthony, climbed into his arms, and played with him tenderly. Overwhelmed with awe and humility, Saint Anthony held the Child gently, his heart filled with heavenly peace. This miracle revealed not only his deep holiness and purity but also his intimate closeness with God. It reminds believers that through faith, devotion, and love for the Word of God, one can experience the presence of Christ in a personal and living way.

💔 Why Did Jesus Sweat Blood in the Garden of Gethsemane? ✝️🌿
As the shadow of the cross drew near, Jesus fell to the ground and prayed,
His anguish so deep that His sweat became drops of blood. 🩸
He wasn’t afraid of death — He bore the weight of humanity’s sin.
In Gethsemane, love wrestled with agony — and love won.
The victory began not at Calvary, but on the ground where He said, “Thy will be done.” 🙏

HOW TO READ + UNDERSTAND THE BIBLE… PART 2 !!!
This is one of the most asked questions in my DM’s… so I’m going to write it all out for you friends!!
Three steps to I follow when studying the Bible:
🌟First, pray, then start your Bible study by reading your selected passage. Read slowly — highlighting and writing down whatever is sticking out to you in your journal.
🌟Second, open up your commentary and go to your selected passage in the commentary. I like to “exegetical study” the Word — which simply means to pull the meaning out of the text. This is done by going verse by verse throughout your selected passage to fully understand the context, meaning and significance.
🌟Third, take notes as you read: write down repeated words, commands, promises, and what the text may be revealing about God’s character.
Last question I get asked is what my personal process looks like specifically —
I like to study books of the Bible in whole, I will begin a book and remain in that book until I have fully studied. I go verse by verse, and exegetically study my way through that book.
What this means is that if the book was Jeremiah, I would begin spending time in prayer, then reading Jeremiah chapter 1, then going back through chapter 1 verse 1 with my commentary and go until my section for the day is finished!!
My favorite/go-to Bibles are the “NKJV Spirit Filled Life Study Bible,” the Enduring Word Study Bible, & any Bible from @hosannarevival (I also get all my journals from them too ✨🤲🏼)
My go-to commentaries are the enduring Word commentary, the Blue Letter Bible, and Warren Wiersbe’s Bible Commentary!!
There is so much more I could say, but I hope that covered most of your frequently asked questions surrounding how to study the Bible!!!
You guys got this!! This is your encouragement to dive deep into the wellspring of knowledge and love there is to be found in the Word of God !!
