Hemothorax🩸 ​تراكم الدم في التجويف الجنبي، ويظهر في الأشعة كعتامة متجانسة (Radio-opacity) في قاعدة الرئة مع اختفاء الزاوية الضلعية الحجابية. ​Accumulation of blood within the pleural cavity, appearing as a homogeneous radio-opacity at the lung base with obliteration of the costophrenic angle. ​2. Pneumothorax 🫁💨 ​وجود هواء في التجويف الجنبي يؤدي لانهيار الرئة؛ يظهر في الأشعة كمنطقة شديدة السواد (Lucency) مع غياب لعلامات الأوعية الدموية وخط جنبي مرئي. ​Presence of air in the pleural space causing lung collapse; radiographically characterized by a hyperlucent area with absent vascular markings and a visible visceral pleural line. ​3. Pleural Effusion💧 ​تجمع سوائل غير طبيعي في الفراغ الجنبي؛ تظهر علامة "السطح الهلالي" (Meniscus sign) بوضوح في صور الأشعة السينية للصدر. ​Abnormal collection of fluid in the pleural space; typically demonstrates the characteristic "Meniscus sign" on upright chest X-rays. ​4.
