Step 1. Dial in the Diet - Nothing supports the good bacteria in the gut better than fiber. Our ancestors were eating 100g of fiber a day and today Americans get 9g. Reduce and then remove food dyes, the bleached wheat, the folic acid in the vitamins, snacks and breads, the processed packaged “foods”. Lower added sugars the best you can and incorporate a high fiber high protein whole food diet. Step 2. Start Supplements - liquid zinc sulphate with full meals (can cause nausea) this can help to except new foods, boost the immune system and bring down a high pathogenic load, magnesium glycinate to support the nervous system and methyl folate because 2/3rds of those on the spectrum are deficient in folate and this is critical for mood and cognition. Make sure you’re dosing by weight. Step 3. Address damaged detox pathways - liver, gut, lymph systems are often stressed or damaged and causing an increase in toxin loads and stalling the natural detox processes. If you’re looking for THE toy for Christmas and have hard floors… this is is🤣 Now that we have all hard floors on the main floor they have more room to ride and love it!
