If ’Pride & Prejudice’ was a painting 🫶🏼 I think this movie has been on my to-do list since I started the ”If”-series, and a few months ago- it was finally time. But then I became so unsure of the colors and I had so many mixed feelings about it, so it just stood in the studio untouched for a long time. Painting is another form of thinking. I like to see it as a state of non-thinking. A flow state. A moment of full absorption into your craft and purpose, so deeply immersed that time and place don’t exist. Time seems to warp and bend around us because there is no sense of it. 'Change' I'm playing with compositions and words. I'm coming to terms with what's inside of me as well as what I present to the world. And how those two elements interact. My brain is fog.
