Crisis Pregnancy Centers are making it hard for Arkansans to seek the healthcare that they actually need. These centers are not actual medical facilities and cannot diagnose most pregnancy related complications. Someone could leave these facilities without even knowing they have pregnancy complications. Today is the last day members can file proposed constitutional amendments.  Joint Rules state the Senate may propose one constitutional amendment for consideration and vote by the House and vice versa. A third proposed amendment shall not be considered until a 2/3 majority of both chambers agree to its introduction.
