{ رَبِّ اجعَل هَذَا البَلد آمِناً )
اللّهُم احفظ قطر وقيادتها وشعبها وأرضها وأمنها، اللّهُم احرسها بعينك التي لا تنام، واجعل في كل أركانها السلام
اللهم إنا نستودعك أوطاننا وحدودنا وقياداتنا وشعوبنا، فاحفظهم بحفظك الذي لا يُرام، واكلأهم بعينك التي لا تنام، وادفع عنهم البلاء والوباء وسوء القضاء، واكتب لهم الخير والبركة والنماء يا رب العالمين.
" اللهم أنت ربى لا إله الا أنت عليك توكلت وأنت رب العرش العظيم ماشاء الله كان ومالم يشاء لم يكن ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلى العظيم أعلم أن الله على كل شئ قدير وإن الله قد أحاط بكل شى علما اللهم إنا نعوذ بك من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا ومن شر كل دابة أنت آخذ بناصيتها إن ربى على صراط مستقيم*
*قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: لو احترقت المدينة كلها لم يكن ليحترق بيت من دعا بهذا الدعاء*

How to deal with distraction, negativity, self-critisicm, anxiety and restlessness:
Saying Taj Ath-Thikr, the Crown of Thikr, turns the volume down on all the noise, leaving you with a peace that cannot be put in words.
Saying it 100x is part of your morning and evening athkar, but once you know how it works you can use it anytime you feel your mental or emotional state needs balancing.
Start today, observe yourself and just watch what happens.
Taj Ath-Thikr:
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ ، وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ.
Lā ilāha illa-Allāh, waḥdahū lā sharīka lah, lahu-l-mulk, wa lahu-l-ḥamd, wa Huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in Qadīr.
There is no god worthy of worship except Allah. He is Alone and He has no partner whatsoever. To Him Alone belong all sovereignty and all praise. He is over all things All-Powerful.

… it’s so easy to let the small things slip. and for a while, that’s exactly what happened with our athkar.
but here’s the thing my husband and i kept coming back to, athkar isn’t just a “religious task to check off.” it’s protection. it’s peace. it’s the difference between starting your morning feeling grounded vs. feeling like you’re already running behind before the day even begins. the Prophet ﷺ didn’t leave us these adhkar by accident, they are literally shielding us, keeping us connected, filling our homes and hearts with barakah we can’t even fully see. 🤍
so we made a decision together: we were going to be intentional about it, so i sat down and compiled almost all the athkar into a clean, beautiful, easy-to-use 5-page list ✨
Print it and place it in places where you need to be reminded of your athkar like beside your bed when you wake up, in the kitchen before you eat, in the bathroom before you step in, etc.
if you want the full athkar list, just drop “athkar” in the comments and i’ll send it straight to your DMs, just one muslimah passing something beneficial to another. because the Prophet ﷺ said: whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like the one who did it.
may Allah make us all from those who remember Him often. may He put barakah in our mornings, our evenings, and everything in between.
