My favorite way to use leftover cake and frosting from an order is to make these cute cake in a cup desserts! One 8in cake layer and about 1 cup of frosting made 6 individual cups.
The possibilities are endless with these! All you need is a little cake in any flavor, frosting in any flavor, and a topping to take it up a notch. I had leftover coconut cake, and decided to make these to give away to family and friends. I put everything in small clear cups with a lid that I found in Amazon.
Kids and adults will love these cake in a cup desserts because they’re portable, easy to eat, and downright delicious, y’all!

– your profit
– your time
– your boundaries
– and sometimes even your sleep
(we’ve all been there 😭)
Because the moment you say yes to a discount, you’re actually saying no to your worth, your time, your ingredients, your skills, your electricity bill, your sanity… and your ENTIRE weekend. 😂
Some people want luxury results on a clearance budget — but that’s not your job to accommodate.
Your job is to price correctly, bake beautifully, and sleep peacefully knowing your work is WORTH EVERY PENNY.
So remind yourself:
You’re not expensive — they’re just not your customer.
And that’s okay. Not everything is meant for everyone.
