🌊🚆 COLOSSAL WAVES IN DAWLISH 🚆🌊
Here’s another video from my time on Rockstone Bridge (Black Bridge) in Dawlish this morning at the early stages of Storm Ingrid at high tide.
The storm surge created some colossal towering waves and spray this morning as it collided with the old sea wall and utterly drenching a couple of passing trains.
GWR have published information on their website about closing the line, so please do have a read if you need more information.

Nigeria’s newly appointed Defence Minister Christopher Musa has told the BBC that the government is making efforts to stop the spate of killings in the country, and plans to continue its relationship with the US as an ally.
For years, criminal gangs - known locally as bandits - have carried out killings and kidnappings for ransom in Nigeria, mainly targeting the north-west. But more recently, bandits have been moving to other parts of the country.
Amid claims by Donald Trump of a “Christian genocide” in Nigeria, the US has recently become militarily involved in the country, launching airstrikes on Christmas Day on two camps run by an Islamist militant group in north-western Nigeria.
