[ BC DINING ] . Bisa dibilang ini Hidden Gem si. Literally banner nya nggak keliatan, dan pas nyari nya agak susah walaupun uda pake GMaps. Yes, mereka specialist Vietnamese food terutama Banh Mi & Pho nya. Randomly aku cobain Crispy Pork Holy Basil (120K) and I think this is the best. Pork Belly nya perfectly fried sampai crispy (aku dapat yang lumayan fatty) Point unik nya ada di Saus Holy Basil nya yang kental, sweet, dan beraromatic rempah. Wajib dibalur ke crispy pork belly nya. Trus baru pertama kali juga makan pho (Pho Noodle Soup-110K/170K) se-enjoyable ini, kuah nya gurih otentik vietnam, konsistensi nya pas nggak too watery. Topping nya juga generous enak, dari wagyu brisket, sliced of rib eye beef, dan meat balls. Last but not least, mereka juga punya Banh Mi DIY (125K) yang topping nya bisa kalian susun suka suka (yes bisa di take away/delivery) Overall, rasa nya lebih meriah dari sweet, salty, and sour.
