I’m a sucker for ice cream and this has been one of our go to spots it. American Honey Creamery on Apollo Beach Blvd does homemade ice cream, locally roasted coffee, and breakfast all from scratch. Owner Colleen Bianucci opened this second location in 2025 and built the menu around local ingredients with dairy-free and sugar-free options for everyone. This is the neighborhood coffee and ice cream shop Apollo Beach actually deserves.
