Tag a friend that would giggle and video tape as a massive bear is trying to eat you. Wtf, if I survived this, I'd be so mad. 😭
Remember, regardless of how bad your Monday is, ask yourself, is it "a 9 foot bear is chasing me to eat me Monday?"...be thankful. 😬😂

🧸Embarking on a bear-y special adventure, our toddler yoga session brought the classic tale of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt to life
🌿💦 Through playful poses, our little explorers swished through tall grass, splashed across rivers, and tiptoed into dark caves
📸 Giggles echoed as we navigated each obstacle, making storytime an active escapade! We even attempted a group photo—capturing these tiny adventurers is no easy feat
🌟 To wind down, we introduced the magical foil blanket for a calming sensory experience, which the toddlers absolutely adored
🎈As a special treat, we introduced balloons into our practice, adding an extra layer of fun and excitement. The toddlers delighted in incorporating the balloons into their yoga poses, enhancing their engagement and enjoyment. At the end of the session, each child got to take home their own balloon, a tangible reminder of our adventure together.
🙌 Reflecting on this session, I can confidently say it was our best yet! I loved delivering it as much as the toddlers enjoyed exploring the story. Their enthusiasm and engagement made the experience truly special.
Looking forward to more adventures on the mat with these little yogis!

🧘♀️🐻 Family Yoga Adventure 🧸🧘♂️
What a joy-filled morning we had with our wonderful yogi families! Our last Family Yoga class took us on a bear hunt - a Yogic bear hunt, that is! 🌈
Five fantastic families joined us, and together, we breathed, stretched, and adventured our way through a fun and playful practice. The little ones were so brave and curious, and their laughter filled the room as they traveled through the yoga poses and games.
A huge thank you to all the families who joined us. Your positive energy and support mean the world to us. We hope to see you all again soon for more yoga fun in September!🧡
