Грудинка, смачніша за запечену чи копчену
🥓 Смачна, ароматна, ідеальна до бутербродів, нарізки чи просто так!
🛒 Інгредієнти:
Грудинка — 1 кг;
Вода — 2 л;
Цибулиння — 2 жмені;
Сіль — 1-1,5 ст. л;
Лавровий лист — 2 шт;
Перець горошком — 8 шт;
Перець духмяний — 6 шт;
Часник — 3 зубчики;
Спеції для сала - 2 ч.л. (за бажанням)
🍴Приготування:
1. Залити воду в каструлю і довести до кипіння.
2. Додати цибулиння та всі спеції.
3. Грудинку розрізати на 2 частини та опустити в киплячу воду.
4. Варити 1,5-2 годин на слабкому вогні до мʼякості. Час залежить від товщини грудинки.
5. Готову грудинку дістати, злегка охолодити й натерти подрібненим часником. За бажанням натерти спеціями.
6. Щільно загорнути у фольгу й поставити в холодильник щонайменше на 2 години (або на ніч — буде ще смачніше).
