Big changes are easy to spot at Fire Station 3! ⚒️ Behind The Build ⚒️ Buying the perfect home doesn’t mean it will have the perfect water feature, and that is where we come in. This family inherited a pond with their new home but, with young children, they wanted something a bit safer. Our crew tore out the old feature replacing it with a pondless waterfall that is safer for the kids, eliminates the maintenance struggles, while still providing beautiful sounds of water through the whole yard. #justaddwateria #iowa #waterfall #pond #behindthebuild

Slow and steady progress has been made. We’ve officially moved upstairs so we can start bringing the downstairs to life, and things are in the “trust the process” phase. The bathroom vanity has had a glow up, flooring is finally going in, and we’re starting to play with textures that are already changing the feel of the spaces. Meanwhile…our terrace roof decided to disappear (literally), but we’ve got a plan. Downstairs foundations are going in, electrics going in and it’s taking shape before the fun design moments come out. We do have a vision for the kitchen but we’d love to hear your thoughts… what would you do with the space?
