Sim! 🎬✨ #Biturong #UrsoGato #AnimaisCuriosos #NaturezaSelvagem #MundoAnimal #AnimaisExoticos #CuriosidadesDaNatureza

Sandy is jumping for joy this #WorldBinturongDay! Binturongs spend much of their time in the trees and have some adaptions that make arboreal living possible. Their long, prehensile tail is nearly the length of their body and is used for balance. It can also function as an "additional limb" to grasp branches as they move through the treetops. Check out how our animal ambassador, Sandy, demonstrates his agility with his animal care team! #Binturong #BinturongLovers

#bearcats #biturong #artictisbinturong #ursogato #urso

A 10 minute (serotonin boosting) break for me, cut down to less than 60 seconds for you. The amount of love I have for this animal is unmatched. I’ll never take for granted the time I get to spend with him. I love you, Stitch! 🐻🐱🖤 Stitch is a captive born and bred binturong. As cute as he is, he takes a lot of time, energy, and upkeep. You can see Stitch up close and personal if you visit @legaseaaquarium. Meet the binturong, a mysterious rainforest mammal that is neither bear nor cat yet is called the bearcat. What makes it truly unique is that it smells like buttered popcorn! 🍿 Arboreal, nocturnal and mostly fruit-loving, these secretive creatures of one of Southeast Asia’s most unusual mammals. #animals #bearcat #binturong
