Lbokator (to bend a beast, or a wild cat) was created in 12th century during the time of the Angkor era, the former people of the Khmer who lived in south East Asia.
The legend says the knees and elbows were so deadly to kill even animals like lions.
By the lack of digital documentation and the red Khmer regime the art was banned and nearly forgotten which makes it seem as if itβs 20 years old.
But the truth is arts as Bokator muay boran muay lao and letters all originated at a similar time nearby.
The art is known for its animal styles. Something we see mostly only in its related cousin kung fu.
Both arts mimic animals. These signs give a hint about its ancient origin.
Verse of today
2. Corinthians 2:15
And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

Tahukah teman-teman? Kak Alfadhila mempersembahkan medali perak dari nomor Menβs Single Bokator Spirit Form.
