✨ Meus livros favoritos do semestre!
Tem autor nacional, tem literatura francesa, tem narrativa de derreter o coração, tem leitura que me atravessou pela beleza e pela dor. Literatura que me fez companhia — como só bons livros e bons amigos sabem fazer.
E você, o que leu que te marcou esse ano?
(Vou adorar indicações também! 🐻📚)

📖🐻BOOK BEAR 📖🐻
Each week we finish our active sessions with Book Bear 🐻and a snuggly book time. Each child has a copy of the book and is encouraged to bring a blanket and bear for a cuddle 🧸📚
We share each book for three weeks before moving onto a new theme and book. This helps children become familiar and confident with the books and the learning they can offer. All of our books have been chosen by early reading experts (our founders) to suit each age group's language development ❤
📖 The books we choose include classic children’s picture books, innovative new authors, non-fiction books and rhyming stories.
👶🏻 Toddler Tales read a variety of sturdy board books, lift-the-flap and textured books and learn behaviours such as:
✔️looking for specific objects in illustrations;
✔️turning the page after a prompt;
✔️hearing repeated language.
⭐️ Story Stars have books with longer storylines and more complex language. The books encourage behaviours such as:
✔️left to right directionality;
✔️book orientation;
✔️repeated words and phrases for children to predict and join in with.
🤸♂️Reading Recruits have longer books again. These cover a variety of text types including stories, poetry and information books. These books are chosen to...
✔️excite our early readers
✔️challenge thinking and thought processes
✔️encourage children to join in with repeating phrases and words
✔️learn new vocabulary
