I think this was the first time I managed to film this combo with students! I might have one video of me doing it alone, but never with a group — so this feels special.
A huge thank you to all these beautiful souls who joined our FLUID FOUNDATIONS Pole Camp last weekend 💜 Everyone gave their absolute best, and wow, it was not easy! We offered workshops in climbing techniques, Learn to Flow, dynamic static pole, nutrition, creative movement, and three amazing sensual heels classes.
Each class was 90 minutes long, and the energy was incredible.
We had so much fun — there’s nothing better than when a room is filled with laughter and good vibes. ✨
Forever grateful to everyone who chooses to learn from me — it’s always a true “pinch me” moment.
Now it’s back to training for my workshops and show in Italy (Bibione) next weekend — see you there! 🇮🇹💃

This book made me pause and really notice myself.
It’s not about grand ideas of art, it’s about the small, quiet moments when you check in with your own feelings.
How does it feel when you do something?
How does that feeling grow into your own way of expressing yourself?
Reading it, I was reminded that emotions aren’t just something we feel, they’re a kind of language.
The more you pay attention to them, the more they shape not only your creativity but the way you connect with the world.
It’s subtle and intimate.
Thank you @sonal.sancheti @nimo_obscura for suggesting this wonderful book. ♥️♥️
Herkese selamlar🌿
