breakfast for the whole week made in 5 minutes on Sunday! 🙌 I'm not a morning person at all. I get up late, rush around, and leave for work without eating. Then by 11 I'm starving at my desk and pretty much eat whatever's around 🫠 So having these in the fridge has been a game changer!! ▫️ Ingredients (makes 5 breakfasts) 110 g chia seeds (¾ cup) 230 g full-fat Greek yoghurt (1 cup) 400 ml full-fat coconut milk (1 can, 13.5 oz, shaken) 300 g frozen raspberries or mixed berries, thawed (2 cups) 25 g shredded coconut (⅓ cup) 70 ml maple syrup or honey (¼ cup) 1¼ tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Topping: 150 g frozen berries (1 cup, about 2 tbsp per jar) ▫️ Instructions Take the 300 g (¾ cup)of berries out of the freezer to thaw before you start. Blending them frozen gives you an ice-cold mix, and cold flattens sweetness, so you'll pour in far more syrup than it needs. Blend the coconut milk, thawed berries, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until completely smooth. Test to see if it's sweet enough, as berries are tart. Whisk the berry mixture into the Greek yoghurt until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds. Wait 5 minutes, then stir again so they don't settle into clumps at the bottom. Cover and let it rest in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Spoon the mixture into 5 jars. Top each with a tbsp of Greek yoghurt and 2 tbsp of frozen berries. ▫️ Macros per serve approx.: ~400 kcal | ~10 g protein | ~30 g carbs | ~27 g fat 💾 Save this for Sunday! If you're new here, I'm Julia 👋 Mum, full-time job, zero tolerance for boring food. I prep breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekend so I'm not standing in front of the fridge at 6pm with no idea what to make. 😁 #breakfastmealprep #breakfastprep #mealprepping #mealprep #chiaseeds

🍳☀️ Mornings just got a whole lot easier. These three make ahead breakfasts have completely changed the way we do mornings around here and once you try them you are going to wonder why you ever did it any other way. Prep them ahead, stash them in the fridge or freezer, and wake up to breakfast that is already done. That is the kind of morning I am here for. 🙌 Whether you are feeding a house full of kids, trying to get everyone out the door on time, or just want to stop skipping breakfast because there is never anything ready, these three are your answer. They are simple, they are satisfying, and they reheat beautifully every single time. And the overnight french toast bake? I need you to make it this weekend. You throw it together the night before and wake up to something that smells and tastes like you put in way more effort than you actually did. Your family is going to love you for it. 😄🍞 Real food, real mornings, zero chaos. Comment BREAKFAST below and I’ll send all three recipes straight to your DMs so you can get them on your prep list this week! 👇 #breakfastprep #mealprep #mindfulmothering #lifeofahomemaker #homemaderecipes
SHEET PAN PANCAKES: This is how I make them but you can use whatever mix you want. These always come out perfect, fluffy and not dry at all! . Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and generously grease a sheet pan. In a large bowl, whisk together dry Bisquick mix (4 cups), milk (2 cups) and eggs (4) (you’re basically doubling the pancake recipe on the box). Pour the pancake batter onto your greased pan and top with the toppings of your choice. In the center rack, bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter when done. I melt one stick of butter for this. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the pancakes before serving. So much easier than making a bunch of separate pancakes! . . #breakfastideas #breakfastprep
