A man from Cricklewood has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in a Turkish restaurant. Hertfordshire Constabulary was called to a fight in Vu Lounge, a Turkish restaurant on Bushey High Street near Watford on November 29. A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with serious injuries and remains in a critical condition. Dequarn Williams, 25 of Sancroft Close in Cricklewood, has since been charged and remanded in custody following an appearance at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court this morning (December 2). He will next appear at St Albans Crown Court on January 7 2026.
