Ever noticed that raw foods just don’t sit right with you, leaving you feeling bloated or with digestive cramps? 😣 I’ve been there! After battling post-infectious colitis, I learned firsthand how tough raw food can be on a weakened digestive system 🥕🥗. A traditional Chinese medicine doctor explained that my spleen meridian was compromised, and the key to healing was simple: cook my food 🔥. When I started cooking everything and adding warming spices like cumin, ginger, cinnamon, and coriander, my digestion transformed 🔄. These soothing spices don’t just add flavor—they support your gut, reduce inflammation, and make food more digestible. The result? I was able to put my colitis into complete remission! 😀 If you’re struggling with digestion, consider giving your gut a little extra love by cooking your meals and using these amazing spices 🧡. Want to learn more? Join me for my live web class this Thursday, October 30th, where I’ll dive deep into these healing strategies. 👉 Click the link in my bio @JulieDaniluk to reserve your spot!

🍜My go-to sick day soup. I like to add @Vimergy’s Daily Total Immune Blend right before serving. It has thyme, zinc, and mullein, simple, time-tested ingredients that help support the natural immune process year-round. I’ve been stirring it into soups, stews, and broths lately, right before serving as a small daily wellness ritual. AD #soup #broth #recipe
