Aujourd’hui, j’avais envie de vous partager autre chose🩷 Sur ce compte, je vous montre surtout les coulisses, les beaux buffets et vos retours positifs. Mais il y a aussi une autre réalité de mon métier. Derrière un buffet, il n’y a pas seulement ce que vous voyez sur la table. Il y a les courses, les matières premières, des heures de préparation, le matériel, l’électricité, l’eau, le transport… et parfois un réveil beaucoup trop tôt 😂 Tout est fait maison, et ça demande du temps, de l’organisation et beaucoup de travail. Je comprends complètement que 500 € soit un budget. Et je comprends aussi que chacun ait un budget différent🩷 Le problème n’est pas d’avoir un petit budget. Le problème, c’est de vouloir faire rentrer une prestation dans un budget qui ne correspond tout simplement pas à son coût réel. Mes tarifs ne sont pas fixés au hasard. Ils me permettent de couvrir mes charges, mon travail et de rester rentable. Cela fait plus de 15 ans que je cuisine. J’ai commencé à 15 ans et aujourd’hui, je vais bientôt en avoir 30. Alors oui, vous payez aussi une expérience. Je réponds toujours aux demandes et je prends le temps d’expliquer mes formules. Mes prestations commencent à partir de 25 € par personne, et quand on me demande malgré tout de rentrer dans un budget de 10€ par personne, je vous avoue… c’est parfois fatigant😅 j’ai déjà eu des demandes 200€ pour 50 personnes soit 4€/pers….🙈 même chez Macdo c’est pas le prix d’un burger. Je comprends vos budgets. Downstairs is takeout service. Upstairs has plenty of Dining space including TVs, Music, Etc...and the food? Amazing. $50 All You Can Buffet include Drinks Too! @soupgreenbuffet is a new all you can eat restaurant in North Austin inspired by the nostalgic soup and salad buffets a lot of us grew up with, but with an Asian fusion twist. They have 100+ buffet items including build your own salads, rotating soups, baked goods, noodles, pizza and proteins like salmon and roast beef.
