The next 2 weeks will find us heading to the Italian volks.in roll event! All 6 project members are on vacation! Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we couldn't go to the volks.in roll event this year with our T2 trailer and bus..But our family house will help us out :)The following posts come from a 2600 km journey to Italy! My main idea! 5 years ago, this pandemic and the following years ruined the world order.
When nostalgia meets horsepower– the BUSARU🚌❤️🔥 This 70’s VW bus got a modern twist with a Subaru engine upgrade
BUSARU - VW Bus with the 2.5 Subaru Outback conversion that came to us with some performance issues. Got it buttoned up and back on the road for new adventures. Looking forward to having another one in the shop!

I figured out the radiators and I’m installing them today. I swapped out the air cooled vw motor for a 2004 Subaru Impreza. Looking to see if someone might know what this part goes to at the end of the video. #vw #vwengineswap #busaru #descendonbend #buslifer #vwlove #vwbus #radiatorinstallation #thatguysprojects @buslifer @thatguysprojects #descendonlostsierra @thegnarlymarley #type2bus

We just bought a new car - well we really bought 1992 SVX engine!! It has been sitting in Tony’s Auto owner’s property since 2013. Now that we have it we’re gonna rip it’s heart out! Not to worry though it’s going to a new home - our Westy! Our old SVX engine with a head gasket problem will likely be serviced and go into the the SVX. I’m not a Subaru fan but that is one cool car. Finding this engine is like finding a unicorn. We have been looking online for this engine for a few months and there’s not a single one available in North America unless it’s in a $10,000 restored car, dunebuggy or airplane. #unicorn 🦄#vanagon #t3 #svx #subaru #busaru
