#calmly
Don't justify yourself. Don't #argue with emotion. And don't try to "yell back" that's always a losing position.
Take a pause. Look #calmly. Set a boundary.
Say clearly and without aggression:
"If the goal is to resolve a work issue, let's speak respectfully. If not we can continue this conversation without witnesses."
Why it works:
• Yelling isn't strength, it's losing control.
• Humiliation isn't management.
• Respect isn't a bonus, it's the standard.
Calmness in moments like this is your strongest position. You're not attacking or defending you're establishing a boundary.
Remember: No one has the right to raise their voice at you. Not in public. Not "for business." Not under the guise of authority.
Boundaries aren't always defended with yelling. Sometimes one precise, #calm phrase is enough.

Weekend relaxation mode . . . engage!
There was a time not so long ago when unwinding meant wine and/or sugary treats. While I still definitely enjoy my sweets, I'm trying NOT to rely on them as part of my evening wind-down ritual.
Enter iRelax by @drinkcalmly. It is an easy, just-add-water drink mix made with naturally calming ingredients including Magnesium Glycinate, Ashwaganda, L-Theanine, and Lemon Balm.
I was seriously doubtful if it would satisfy my night-time sugar cravings, but the pineapple flavour is soooo good that it really does do the trick and makes me feel as if I'm still treating myself, but without sugar or alcohol!
Tell me, is a nightly drink or treat part of your wind-down ritual? I'd love to know I'm not the only one with this habit.

How about building a courtyard like this in the countryside together? The tea aroma is light and elegant, with a fresh artistic conception. It is best to savor the leisurely and contented time slowly. Not disturbed by the hustle and bustle, let the heart be as calm as water, and feel the calmness and satisfaction of the heart.
