This pasta sauce could not be easier, and comes out so tasty! Recipe below 👇🏼 🍅🌿 Pan-Blistered Tomato Basil Rigatoni 🛒You’ll Need: • 4-5 Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise • 8 oz mezzi rigatoni • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning (to taste) • 1/4 cup grated parmesan 🤌🏼How to Make 1. Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook your pasta until al dente. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place tomatoes cut side down and let them cook 4–5 minutes without moving until blistered and soft. 4. Remove skins, the mash the tomatoes directly in the pan to create your sauce. 5. Add garlic and seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the basil. 6. Add pasta and sprinkle in parmesan until the sauce turns glossy and coats the pasta. Sometimes all you need is a simple pasta dinner, made with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. CHICKEN COBBLER 🤭🍗❤️🥧 This was my first time trying this but I have to say, how freaking cheap and easy this dinner was to make! 👏🏼 I honestly didn’t have crazy hopes for this but happened to have all the ingredients on hand so I figured I’d try it and I was impressed! 🤩 if you like chicken pot pie or chicken and gravy THIS IS FOR YOU! ❤️ shoutout @yourbarefootneighbor for birthing this recipe!! RECIPE: in a 9x13 pan melt a few tbsp of butter and and an entire shredded rotisserie chicken, a frozen bag of vegetables (pic your fav), then season generously. In a separate bowl combine 2 cups of chicken stock with a can of cream of chicken. Pour over your veggies but do not mix. Back in the bowl add 2 cups milk and an entire box of red lobster biscuit mix and the seasoning pack. Pour over the top of your chicken and veggies, do not mix!
