The sweetest way to welcome Easter? What about a marbled chocolate egg with almond praline and pistachios. Crunchy. Creamy. Delicous💚
INGREDIENTS🛒
Almond Praline Filling
• 160 g candied almonds
• 70 g nougat
• 30 g Amber Classic
• ½ g salt
Chocolate Shell & Decoration
• 100 g coarsely chopped pistachios
• 250 g White Vanilla
• 20 g cocoa butter
• ½ tsp matcha powder
INTRUCTIONS👩🏼🍳
1. Prepare the Praline Filling:
• Blend all the praline ingredients in a blender for about 15 minutes until smooth and creamy.
• For best results, prepare the praline a day in advance.
2. Temper the Chocolate:
• Start by tempering the white chocolate (White Vanilla)
• Gently melt the cocoa butter (do not exceed 32°C).
• Add matcha powder and blend with an immersion blender until fully incorporated.
3. Assemble the Chocolate Egg:
• Use a brush or sponge to decorate the inside of the egg mold with the colored cocoa butter.
• Fill the mold with tempered white chocolate, wait 2-4 minutes, then pour out the excess to create a thin shell.
• Once the chocolate shell has set, spread a thin layer of praline inside.
• Cover the praline with another thin layer of tempered chocolate.
• Before the chocolate fully sets, generously sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
4. Final Touches:
• Let the chocolate set completely before serving.

Orthodox Easter is coming🐣
Идея этого торта родилась уже очень давно и мне прям не терпелось реализовать её, а приближающаяся Пасха как раз идеальный повод воплотить задуманное♥️
Даже не знаю, что послужило вдохновением. Просто в один момент в голове появилась такая картинка яйца с кристаллами, золотом и непременно вот таким благородным изумрудным велюром!
Внутри суфле птичье молоко с шоколадным бисквитом и вишней. Никаких опор нет, всё держится на молочном шоколаде.
