This is from a few weeks back. I posted this on tik tok and the amount of people who relate to this feeling is so hard to see! I knew there’s was something about this crash out that needed to be shared with my fellow chronically ill and mentally ill friends. We are allowed to crash out and allowed to have whatever feeling we need to let out. I hope this resonates with some of you and helps you see that it’s completely okay to break down and feel however you illness is making you feel.
