Built in just 20 weeks. But without ever compromising on the details that matter. Careful planning, the right trades, and a clear process allowed everything to move efficiently while maintaining the level of quality we believe every home deserves. For us, building is about more than just finishing a project. It’s about creating homes that feel good to live in, spaces that are thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and made to last. This home marks the beginning of our journey at Old Coast Building, and we’re excited to share many more projects like this with you. Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing some of the details behind this home, from the design choices through to the craftsmanship that brings it all together. #oldcoastbuilding #customhomesbunbury

🔶 Hurstville Project 🔶 At our Hurstville project — one of the most modern and luxurious homes in the area — every detail was executed with precision using @deco_australia 50x25 battens in the Curly Birch finish. Clean lines, perfect alignment, and that premium timber look without the maintenance. Design by @resolut_group , led by architect Carlos — bringing a bold and refined vision to life. Our commitment is simple: execute exactly what the architect designs. We bring the vision from paper to real life — no shortcuts, no interpretation errors, just precision. We were chosen by Resolut Group to deliver this monster of a home, and now we’re in the final stages. Fully integrated with our flush-mounted system by @garagedoorsxperts , delivering a seamless facade with zero visual breaks. Our main project. A true statement of what we do at the highest level. This time, the spotlight goes to Nick our lead carpenter, doing what he does best. The kind of craftsmanship and precision he brings to a project is hard to miss, and if you’ve worked with our team before, you already know… Nick’s got it handled. Details like these don’t come together by accident. They take skill, patience, and someone who truly knows woodwork inside and out. Beautifully designed by @nicolehopperinteriors And yes… Nick’s got this. 👏
