Commercial modeling pays the most because it involves high-budget campaigns targeting wide audiences. Brands invest heavily in recognizable faces to enhance their image. Models grant extensive usage rights and need professional skills, justifying higher fees. High demand for fresh faces also leads to competitive compensation.
Usage Rights: Commercial models often
grant extensive usage rights for their images and likenesses. These rights can include print, digital, and broadcast media over extended periods, justifying higher pay to the model.
Brand Value: High-profile brands and companies are willing to pay more to associate their products with recognizable and appealing faces. The investment in a top model can enhance the brand's image and marketability.

Would you believe me if I told you that this entire photoshoot was done SITTING !! If you are only being shot neck upwards - then WHY would the models height matter ? You see where I’m going with this ? 🤫
You are never too short for modeling ! However - certain kinds of modeling require a model to be of a minimum height and that is majorly runway modeling. However commercial lifestyle modeling , body part modeling such as this shoot do not require you to be tall . Infact you could be 5 feet tall and be all over hoardings of a skincare brand some day if you have the skills to be able to SELL that product !!
Modeling is often misunderstood. When you start looking at it as a business and not a hobby - you will discover the parts of the industry that you fit into and that you can capitalise on to grow your brand.
Then hone the skills to be the BEST MODEL in that category ! And the reality is that commercial print modeling jobs pay more than runway modeling on an average so Shorties !! You could be making big bucks !! 💰💰💰
Tag a friend who thinks she’s too short to model and make her day 😍

I’ll forever love commercial modeling. This is a few of the shoots I’ve done but you get the point. ❤️
The Philadelphia Auto Show is an impressive event that attracts between 140,000 and 250,000 visitors and features over 700,000 square feet of exhibit space, showcasing an incredible diversity of brands from electric vehicles and family SUVs to luxury and commercial models. The scale and organization of the venue make it easy to explore, and the variety truly reflects how the automotive industry is evolving in design, technology, and innovation. It was a dynamic and inspiring experience.
I’ll go first.
One of the free AI tools I’ve been using heavily is Z.ai (GLM models)
https://chat.z.ai/
It’s not flashy. It’s not hyped on Twitter.
But it’s powerful if you actually understand how to use it.
What I use it for
• Deep reasoning and long-form problem solving
• Testing agent logic and workflows
• Comparing outputs against commercial models
• Backend and system design thinking
Why it’s underrated
Most people chase brand names instead of capability.
GLM models are strong at structured reasoning and system-level thinking if you prompt them correctly.
How I maximize it (quick tip)
Instead of asking casual questions, I treat it like a thinking partner:
• Give it context
• Ask it to reason step-by-step
• Ask it to critique its own output
Huge difference.
Now I want to turn this into a useful thread.
Drop ONE free AI tool you rely on that people don’t really talk about.
Please include:
1. What you use it for
2. Your level (beginner / intermediate / advanced)
3. One tip to actually get value out of it
No paid tools.
No affiliate links.
No gatekeeping.
If you’re new to AI, just comment “learning” and I’ll start replying with beginner-friendly explanations and walkthroughs.
Let’s build a thread people can actually learn from.

Dreaming of a modeling career but worried about height? 📸✨ Check out these three types of modeling careers where height doesn’t matter:
🎬🎥 Commercial Modeling: This type includes modeling for advertisements, catalogs, and various promotional materials. The focus is more on the ability to represent a brand’s image and connect with the target audience rather than specific physical attributes like height.
✋🏾🦶🏾Parts Modeling: This involves modeling specific body parts, such as hands, feet, or legs, for products like jewelry, shoes, or skincare. The emphasis is on the appearance of the particular body part being featured.
💪🏾🏋🏽♀️Fitness Modeling: This focuses on modeling for fitness brands, magazines, and advertisements. The primary requirement is a fit and athletic physique, with less emphasis on height.
✨✨These types of modeling offer opportunities for individuals of various heights to work in the industry.✨✨
Your opportunities are endless, so embrace your uniqueness! 🤗💜 #Modeling #DreamBig #BeYou #modeltips #commerical #partsmodel #fitnessmodel #modelcoach

3 things that most people do that will prevent them from EVER making this type of money modeling.
1. Not treating modeling like a business or career. Too many people treat modeling like a get rich quick scheme instead of what it really is - a potential career that requires patience, investment & consistency to succeed. The real & best models who are actually making money take it seriously, they invest in good photographers, they make connections & they’ve paid their dues.
2. Not understanding the industry correctly. Everyone wants to model for Gucci or walk for LV but did you know commercial models actually tend to make the most money? Learn about how the industry really works and stop modeling for “clout” or to flex.
3. Not putting both feet in. If you half ass modeling, you will be a half ass model. The best models I know have invested in their careers. They’ve booked test shoots with legitimate photographers to build their book. They’ve gone through the blood, sweat & tears. They’ve gotten their ass in the gym, taken care of their skin & practiced getting better at posing.
If you’re ready to take the next step & want to book a real portfolio building shoot with me or take professional digitals to submit to agencies, send me a dm & let’s get it poppin.
