लखनऊ में एक विडंबनापूर्ण स्थिति सामने आई है। जिस 1076 CM हेल्पलाइन पर पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश के लोगों की समस्याएँ सुनी जाती हैं, वहीं काम करने वाली कई महिला कर्मचारी आज खुद अपनी परेशानियों के साथ खड़ी दिखाई दीं। इन युवतियों का कहना है कि वे लंबे समय से कम वेतन, असंतोषजनक कार्य परिस्थितियों और सीमित अधिकारों जैसी समस्याओं का सामना कर रही हैं।
अपनी आवाज़ ऊपर तक पहुँचाने के लिए उन्होंने शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से अपनी बात रखने की कोशिश की। उनका उद्देश्य केवल इतना था कि उनकी मेहनत के अनुरूप सम्मानजनक वेतन और बेहतर कार्य वातावरण मिले। लेकिन हालात ऐसे बने कि उन्हें खुलकर प्रदर्शन करने का अवसर भी नहीं मिल सका।
यह घटना कई सवाल खड़े करती है—जब शिकायतें सुनने वाली व्यवस्था में काम करने वाले ही अपनी समस्याएँ नहीं रख पा रहे, तो व्यवस्था में सुधार की ज़रूरत साफ दिखाई देती है। उम्मीद है कि संबंधित अधिकारी इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लेंगे और इन कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं का उचित समाधान निकालेंगे।
