Today I forgot the little box I created to do this so I had to improvise. It worked so well I was absolutely astonished.
Just a good vacuum and an old roll of tape is all it took!

I’m a sucker for vintage(ish) cocktail contraptions : I’m not sure what’s this one called but it works like a push-release siphon (check out the video) where the ready cocktail sits in the glass bulb atop, the central glass tube filled with ice to keep it cold and then when ready to pour you stick a beaker underneath the siphon push upwards.
This delicious new cocktail hour libation from @ritzaasmana at the uber luxe @theritzcarltonpune is a take on a clarified / White Tegroni (tequila instead of gin) is paving the path to what this rooftop bar is all about.
