If you need a last minute Super Bowl recipe, we got you with these street corn ribs 🤤 Paired with a charred jalapeño ranch, these ones are sure to go quickly 🫨 Let us know if you want the jalapeño ranch details 😙 Street Corn Ribs 🌽 - 5 ears of corn - *125g butter (melted and save 1/2) - 1 Tbsp smoked paprika - 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning - 1 Tbsp Mexican chili powder - 1 Tbsp Tajín, plus more to top - 1 Lime - Salt, to taste - Black pepper, to taste - 100g Cotija cheese, finely grated, to top - 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro, to top To start, make sure you have a sharp knife and your cutting board is stable with a wet cloth underneath. Next, cut the base and end off the corn, this will create a stable flat base to stand the corn upright. And it’s easier to cut straight down if you create a flat top to start the knife on. Hold the knife with one hand then use your other hand to hit the knife. Then, keep hitting the knife to make it move down the middle of the corn, guiding it and making little adjustments if needed to keep it on track to cut straight down the middle. Cut them in quarters lengthwise. Then, add half the melted butter and spices to a bowl. Add your corn ribs in and toss well. Put in the air fryer at 390 for 12-15 minutes. Works in the oven too, at 425 for 18-25 minutes. You want to achieve a charred color, so if using the oven, finish on broil. Next, you’ll brush the corn with the rest of the melted butter and while they’re hot and add your cheese and cilantro. I finished mine with a squeeze of fresh lime and more Tajín, because it’s never enough Tajín. Buen provecho :) - #superbowlsnacks #cornribs #streetcorn #recipereels
Air Fryer Corn Ribs with Parmesan 🌽 Ingredients: 2–3 corn cobs 1–2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder Salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper (optional) 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Grated Parmesan cheese (for finishing) Method: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add corn cobs and boil for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Drain and let them cool a bit for easier handling. Carefully slice each cob lengthwise into quarters (be cautious it can be tricky, use a sharp knife and a steady surface). In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper (if using), and chopped parsley. Toss the corn ribs in the seasoning mixture to coat evenly. Place corn ribs in the air fryer and air fry at 180 for 15/20 mins shaking halfway, until they’re crispy and slightly curled at the edges. While hot, sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately—crunchy, cheesy, and full of flavour. Enjoy! #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #cornribs #airfryersnack #corncob
Introducing your latest obsession. (Slash - my latest obsession) CORN RIBS! - N x ❤️ Corn ribs   4 whole corn cobs 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp parsley or coriander/cilantro, roughly chopped (optional garnish) SEASONING - mix: 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or ordinary) 2 tsp cooking/kosher salt 2 tsp black pepper GARLIC BUTTER – melt & 20 sec simmer: 50g/ 3 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 garlic clove finely minced (keep warm/liquid)   1. CUTTING: Trim off base (stability) and pointy end (accuracy of cutting straight down). Stand upright on non slip cutting board. DO NOT hold corn with hand (knife might come down on it!!). Using sharp knife, stand corn upright and bang knife to cut down. Do same for cut half (lying facedown is WAY harder – go ahead and try!). SIMPLER WAY – Cut cob in half then stand upright and cut into quarters (shorter = easier). Broken corn ribs? Who cares! STILL DELICIOUS. 2. Toss in oil first, then gradually sprinkle seasoning, tossing as you go. Most gets stuck on the cut face of the cob (which you will be sucking all the garlic butter out of!). Cook kernel side down 8 min on hot BBQ until you get spots, then 1 min on each cut side – watch it curl into ribs!. (OVEN 200°C/375°F (180°C fan) 25 – 30 min) 3. Toss with garlic butter and serve! Dipping sauce: 1/4 cup each mayo and yogurt (or sour cream) + as much sriracha as you want. #recipetineats #cornribs
