Sanding and priming my props or the armors I'm crafting is my least favorite task in cosplay crafting :'D Sometimes I used the silicone spatula, but since it takes so many more layers, I still tend to use a normal painting brush, especially when i'm con crunching or in a hurry for whatever other reason. You can just sand it in between every single layer to get a clean finish even with these brushes, but sometimes the whole priming layer just rips for me and reveals the naked eva foam... so I only sand it very carefully and sometimes even with a little bit of water, just to make sure I'm not making any holes T_T

HE’S DONE !!!! Other than some glitter Josuke is FINALLY complete and I couldn’t be happier. I am so incredibly proud of this wig I have learnt SO much during this process. I can’t wait to bring him to Megacon next week.

The costume will be getting a remake later in the year so Josuke still isn’t “finished” but my main goal was to properly remake the wig to the point I’ll NEVER have to touch him ever again, and I feel like I’ve achieved that.
