During Solo Pro, The 🎷 started to play, so I called on Jesus …again lol 😆 | 📣 Shout out to Cece for coaching!!!!
Left calf cramped. Right quad started to cramp. Right hamstring start to lock. So I put my Trainer hat on — shift the weight 💡! It’s only a penalty if you sit the weight down.
❗️Revelation from God as I type this:
The weight is going to be heavy.
But if you sit it down, more time will be added. Then you’ll have to stop, reset, and pick it back up and that will cost you even more time.
Carry it.
You may not be able to carry it the way you started. You may have to shift your grip. Change your position. Adjust how you’re holding it.
But don’t put it down.
The weight isn’t the sign that you’re supposed to stop. It may be the invitation to learn how to carry it differently.

Monkeys never cramp 🍌
*Gausman did end up leaving the game after recording one out in the top of the 5th*
Not sure what’s worse. The fact that someone parked too close to Kendra —- or that she got lodged in the drivers seat with both a rib and foot cramp. 😂 #DontParkNextToKendra

Don’t panic if you get a calf cramp while swimming! Here’s exactly what to do to stay afloat and stretch it out safely.
COMMENT TIRED for what to do when you’re too tired to swim, and I’ll show you how to get back up again!
🦵 Why does your leg cramp so suddenly at night?
Your calf muscle contracts uncontrollably — often from dehydration or low electrolytes. A gentle stretch helps release it fast. Does this happen to you too?

Do you have plantar fasciitis/fasciopathy?🦶🏼This was the first exercise that really gave me clear feedback.
Progress was obvious 📈 Suddenly I could hold 6–9 seconds with no pain or cramp.
This one targets your intrinsic foot muscles and you can do it on the couch or at the gym 🤸🏼♀️
When I had PF, I did 3–4 sets to failure every other day 🫡
So, let me know how long you can hold before feeling discomfort or a cramp?👇🏽
🚨 CALF CRAMPS OR SPASMS WON’T LET GO?
Your calf may not just be “tight.” ⚡️
Overworked muscles, repetitive stress, and restricted movement can leave your calf feeling tense, painful, and ready to cramp.
🔥 Kinesiology taping may help support the calf by:
• Reducing stress on overworked muscles
• Supporting movement without restricting it
• Helping manage discomfort and tightness
• Providing gentle sensory feedback during activity
💙 Sometimes the right support can make every step feel different.
SAVE this if your calves are always tight. 👣

🚨 YOUR CALVES ARE WORKING 24/7… EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T REALIZE IT.
Most people only pay attention to their calves when they cramp or become painful.
By then, your body has often been compensating for months—or even years.
Your calf muscles are known as the body’s “second heart” because they help pump blood from your legs back toward your heart every time you move. When those muscles become tight, weak, or restricted, that natural pumping action can become less efficient.
That can leave you with:
⚠️ Tight calves after walking
⚠️ Achilles stiffness
⚠️ Heel pain
⚠️ Heavy, tired legs
⚠️ Reduced ankle mobility
⚠️ Slower recovery from workouts
Every single step places significant force through your Achilles tendon. Without healthy, flexible calf muscles, that stress continues to build with every stride.
Your calves don’t just move you forward…
They help keep your entire body moving.
Take care of your “second heart” before your body starts asking for help.
