If you’ve been around here long enough, you’ll know I love to celebrate love in all of its forms - pure, messy, complicated - I’ll take the lot. Passages is a gorgeous film tackling just that - how love can take many forms and whether the human heart has space for them all. The performances are sensational (I love you Ben Whishaw delicate angel) and the direction is almost dreamlike. I can’t think of anything more creatively satisfying than watching a film that is so carefully crafted and lovingly made. You can practically hear the cosy comfy in my voice.
