Welp here’s my misses 897 squat 622 bench and 854 deadlift just one of these and who knows what would have happened. Not mad just wasn’t there Saturday. Nobody’s fault but myself. It was there just not tuff enough. Next time I will be enough. Like I always say the only way is up. There’s always more to improve. It just makes me hungrier for more. @depth_beforedishonor_squatco I’ve been having some mild pain/discomfort in my hamstring for a few weeks that’s been keeping me from pushing deads as much as I’d like. While it’s not ideal starting a meet prep like this it has made me take some time to perfect my execution within a weight range that is tolerable and I think it’s been good for me. When things are feeling good all I want to do is push harder and harder instead of work through the minor details.
